Why not just use a spreadsheet, or an accounting suite?
Need double-entry bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll for a company? Buy a suite. Need the yield right, the tax figure defensible and the rent roll reconciled? That is the product, and the spreadsheet is what it replaces.
