The first 14 days are free and no card is asked for. Add a card during the trial and the first charge is on the day it ends; do not, and your workspace becomes read-only with nothing deleted. Renews monthly at the price above until you cancel. We email you before any price change. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep Pro to the end of the paid month, and your properties, tenancies and rent roll stay exportable for 90 days after.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use a spreadsheet, or an accounting suite?
Need double-entry bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll for a company? Buy a suite. Need the yield right, the tax figure defensible and the rent roll reconciled? That is the product, and the spreadsheet is what it replaces.
